  • 1.  Suitable training for engineers that do not have a Beyond license

    Are there any resources / free courses i can pull together and create my own learning path for a small group of new Genesys engineers that do not have a Beyond license.

    So basic support, navigation, some Architect and flow building / support.

    Hi Paul 

    If I'm not mistaken, "education.genesys.com" has several webinars that don't require a subscription (but I'm not sure).

    One option, if you have a test organization, is to practice based on the documentation "https://help.genesys.cloud/"

    I personally learn much more this way than in courses.

    Hi Paul,

    Education has some free courses available for those new to Genesys. You need to access https://education.genesys.com and create a free account (if you haven't one yet).

    Once your free account is created, go to the Dashboard page, and there you will find a link to access the free training.

    Along with the free education account and webinars there, your users may benefit from joining the community to browse discussions and the events tab.
