I've found a discrepancy in the summary row. As you can see in the snapshot, the total shows 117 offered, but when you add the day-wise totals, it comes to 127. This might be happening because the system is taking the default time range as 11 PM to 11 PM instead of 12 AM to 12 AM.

Is this issue happening only for me, or is it a known problem that others are experiencing as well?

    <qb-div data-qb-element="re-enable-flow" style="z-index: 2147483647; max-width: 1px; max-height: 1px; box-sizing: border-box; position: fixed; top: 10px; right: 10px;"></qb-div>

    <qb-div style="all: initial !important;"></qb-div>

    Hello Atul,

The system should default from 12 AM to 12 AM in the timezone that you have selected. I would recommend exporting both lists and comparing which conversationIDs do not overlap between the lists. Then you can verify exactly when those extra 10 interactions took place.

This will probably be down to the change in day light savings on the 2nd of November.  When the request is being made by the API its is pulling based on 00:00 on the 1st, which is then 11pm for the remainder of the month.  Your best bet for this is to look at the 1st on its own and the 2nd-1st Dec separately.
