  • 1.  Summary Trigger not working - anyone else try?

    I am trying to use a new trigger I noticed in the Topics:  v2.bot.conversation.{id}.conversations.summaries.  From the description, it says for Virtual Agent Summaries, which I have not enable yet on our ORG.  I tried with a Copilot summary and the trigger did not fire.  I just tried using mediaType Exist and tested in the API that that should trigger the Trigger, but the workflow does not fire. I tested the workflow with the API as well and it is fine.  Has anyone tried this Topic yet?

    Robert, you have probably already tried it but did you use

    triggerSource Equals(==) "COPILOT"? (I haven't set it up to try it out yet)

    Another useful troubleshooting tip for others who may read this thread...

    Since this topic is also available via WebSockets I go into the Available Topics section of the Developer Center and subscribe to the topic, then generate an event. Once I have an event message I use the Save and Test feature in the Trigger configuration to feed the event message in and see if the Trigger fires, and tweak things from there. That way I don't have to keep generating a new even every time I want to test my changes.
