good morning,

I'm noticing that my Sunday schedules are not being published for my Sunday agents. A couple of things, my BU week starts on Monday. Workplans, seem to have Sunday as the start of the week. All the agents that are scheduled to work on Sundays have workplans that provide them with a schedule on Sundays. However, when I run a schedule generator, no schedule is being published on Sundays for our agents. This results in agents having negative adherence impact and as well as me missing schedules every Sunday and not knowing my staffing needs/gaps. Any ideas how this may be fixed?

Hi James, 

It may be best to raise a care ticket for this and one of the team can review your configuration to see where there might be a conflict in constraints or a misconfiguration. 

A couple of things to check would be:

• Minimum Consecutive Scheduled Weekends
• Maximum Consecutive Scheduled Days
• Management Unit --> Schedules--> Start of Week
