Hey folks,
I'm interested in reviewing the capabilities of Supervisor Copilot. Perhaps I'm being a little dense, but the pricing / token consumption structure pertaining to Supervisor Copilot and features such as 'AI Summary and Insights' is less than clear (to me anyhow).
My (perhaps flawed) understanding is that if I enable AI Insights against a program, AI summary and insight processing will thereafter occur against the transcriptions within interactions that are within queues assigned to the program. The processing occurs against each interaction within the queue - with 50 summaries / insights consuming 1 AI token. Therefore, if a targetted queue receives 200 interactions within a day, 4 AI tokens will be consumed as the system processes them in order to provide summary / insights.
"However, if you enable Agent Copilot simultaneously, then Supervisor Copilot summaries and insights do not consume tokens and instead rely on Agent Copilot functionality." - Is this Genesys statement suggesting that if Agent Copilot is enabled (one concurrent agent with Copilot enabled consumes 60 tokens), then interactions summaries / insights will not consume an AI token for each 50 interactions that are processed?
Apologies, the token consumption system seems convoluted to me. I'm just trying to understand how to enable Supervisor copilot for a test agent and specifically how token consumption will playout.
Thank you to anyone that has taken time to read this post.
