    Is Windows 10 LTSC a 'supported environment' for using Genesys Cloud CX?

    We can know the OS requirements for Genesys Cloud CX on following site.
    The OS requirements are "Windows-7, 8, and 10".

    My prospect customer's PC OS is "Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (Long-Term Serving Channel)".
    Does Genesys support using GCCX on this OS?

    If support is possible with any conditions, what conditions should we enforce?
    example, customer have to install Chrome / Firefoxx as a Browser additionally, and the browser must be upgraded every month. etc.
    (I know that the only installed browser is IE11.)

    I have answered and proposed the following. I leave a note.

    Conclusion:
    Windows 10 LTSC by default browser is IE11, so it does not meet the client requirements.

    Requirements from me:
    • Install a browser that supported by GCCX
    • OR Install GCCX' Desktop app.
    • In addition, these must be continually updated.

      If possible,
      • Confirm that can we install supported browsers, or the Desktop app to LTSC.
      • And confirm that GCCX can run in that environment.
      If cannot install or does not work on this environment, we do not propose.
