    Hi, 

    We have noticed that that audio recording is getting paused when a call is put on hold, but the screen recording is not. This is making the recording unsynchronized. 

    I thought the suppression of recording during hold is still in development.

    Hi Anna,

    There is a product issue that caused some orgs to be leaked with the recording suppression behaviour during hold.  Please contact customer care on this.
