    HI! I am a new user of Genesys Cloud and I am specifically looking details on the usage of APP: Survey Dynamix inside Genesys Cloud as I would like to export or run a report where I can have all surveys completed within a period of time. I am trying to analyze all the data coming from surveys and to do that will like to run a report where I can get all surveys completed.I tried to search in resource material with instructions on how to download all the reports and I am struggling to find details on that

    If you are using Survey Dynamics for surveys, all the reports will be in Survey Dynamics, not in Genesys Cloud.  What you are looking at is an iFrame of their application inside the Genesys Cloud workspace.  You could just as easily open up Survey Dynamics in another tab and navigate around that in a full browser window.  The reports are pretty easy to access Dynamix and the help is fairly good.
