    Hi,

    I'm trying to integrate Survey Dynamix with Salesforce's chrome browser so that when the agent disconnects calls via the GC widget it automatically transfers them to the survey. I can't seem to get a hold of the plug in from anywhere. Mindful are dragging their feet as they want to get more involved with the integration.

    Has anyone got it to hand please?

    Easiest is to have a big DISCONNECT button in the agent script and send caller to the Secure Flow and disconnect the agent.  Mindful wrote the Chorme plug-in so you will have to get that from them.

    Thanks for this, I was just checking for an alternative as our customer has an aversion to extensions! I've implemented the chrome plug-in now,
