    Does PureCloud have the ability to create caller surveys for outbound or inbound flows??

    No, PureCloud does not have that capability. It is in the rudimentary planning stages, but not in the near future.

    In my env, I created a Fake Queue and I associated to it an In-Queue Call Flow that collects digits and store these digit as Attributes.

    So agents at the end of calls , need manually transfer the call to this Fake Queue.

    You can do a report through Conversation API in order to transfer these data to your DWH.

    I just came across this thread as I am new to this forum.  Our CX Survey solution is integrated into PureCloud and I would happily show a demo if that was of interest.
