Genesys Cloud - Main

Hello everyone, I am curious if there may be any way for the workspace to report further details for surveys to show conversation IDs and the details of the surveys in terms of the questions and answers and to be able to export this into a spreadsheet. The out of the box reporting seems to be missing these details and I am just curious if there may be any alternatives to accomplish this or if anyone else was able to question this or figure it out.

I discovered an API that would hold the values I need /api/v2/quality/conversations/{conversationId}/surveys however I am hoping there may be an out of box way of accomplishing this, just curious if anyone out there may know.
