We have post call SMS text surveys which provide the customer a text with a link to complete the survey. We want to confirm that the default expiration date for the customer to use that link is 90 days, and if so, is there a way to change that? If not, is there a pending idea already out there for this enhancement?

We typically run survey data daily/monthly so this impacts our numbers since the customer could come back weeks later and submit another survey. We have already seen this happen. We are hoping there is a way/would like to propose an idea for the system to allow you to modify the expiration date to make it whatever timeframe or a timeframe less than 90 days (ex: 24-48hrs or 5 days).
