I have a customer with CX 2 licenses and the CX 2 WEM Add-on. They can create customer Surveys and send out Web Surveys, but they cannot see any data in the Survey Performance SUmmary View. Looking at the Prerequisites, "Create a Customer Survey Form" requires Genesys Cloud CX 3, Genesys Cloud CX 4, Genesys Cloud CX 1 WEM Add-on II, Genesys Cloud CX 2 WEM Add-on I, or Genesys Cloud EX license. The Survey Performance Summary View requires Genesys Cloud CX 3, Genesys Cloud CX 4, Genesys Cloud CX 3 Digital, or Genesys Cloud EX license. The CX 2 WEM Add-on is not included in the Summary View. This appears to be an oversight in Genesys. Why would you provide the capability to build and send out a Survey but not be able to report on it? The customer has reported that they have all the permissions required. Unfortunately, my Dev Org is CX 3, so I can't verify for myself. I hope someone else has some insight into this, or that someone from Genesys can provide some guidance. Thanks.
