  • 1.  Surveys Performance View Not Available with CX WEM Add-on

    I have a customer with CX 2 licenses and the CX 2 WEM Add-on.  They can create customer Surveys and send out Web Surveys, but they cannot see any data in the Survey Performance SUmmary View. Looking at the Prerequisites, "Create a Customer Survey Form" requires Genesys Cloud CX 3, Genesys Cloud CX 4, Genesys Cloud CX 1 WEM Add-on II, Genesys Cloud CX 2 WEM Add-on I, or Genesys Cloud EX license. The Survey Performance Summary View requires Genesys Cloud CX 3, Genesys Cloud CX 4, Genesys Cloud CX 3 Digital, or Genesys Cloud EX license. The CX 2 WEM Add-on is not included in the Summary View. This appears to be an oversight in Genesys. Why would you provide the capability to build and send out a Survey but not be able to report on it? The customer has reported that they have all the permissions required. Unfortunately, my Dev Org is CX 3, so I can't verify for myself. I hope someone else has some insight into this, or that someone from Genesys can provide some guidance. Thanks.

    Hi @Martin Bunting,

    There should be something with the Role settings. Just checked this in the Org with the same license level and was able to access Survey Performance Views. 

    Can you check if they have these permissions:
