Genesys Cloud - Main

Is there a report for survey question answers per survey for reporting?  I only see reporting for questions and overall scores.  I want to see how many customers answered 4 and 5 to the survey questions.

Hi Lindsy,

You cant currently view just specific questions and the individual responses to a question without going into each survey.  But I did find the following idea: Voice Survey Reporting for Agents & Question on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab, and would recommend adding your use case to the idea for consideration and voting on the idea, that way you will receive updates as it progresses.
