    Hi Everyone,

    We have all our contacts stored in ServiceNow and would like to import them into External Contacts in Genesys Cloud. Is there a connector or application available to sync contacts between the two platforms?

    If so, what are the licensing requirements? Would we need a specific license for ServiceNow, Genesys Cloud, or the connector itself?

    Appreciate any insights or recommendations.

    Hello Karthik, 

    At this time it would require you to export the contacts out of ServiceNow and do a bulk import into Genesys Cloud. There might be something in the Appfoundry for this but this is the most out of the box way I can think of.

    Hi Cameron, 

    My only concern with this approach is about keeping the data in synch between Service now and Genesys cloud. As agents might make the changes in Service now and how can import that to Genesys cloud ? I can do  weekly export and import it to Genesys, but i am afraid it will create duplicates as there is no one to one mapping.
