    HI All, 

    I am using the Dialer to run a specific campaign. I am trying to use the Rule Management to update the final result based on different codes. 

    My question is, I would like to use the System Disposition Codes within my Rules, but it looks not all System Disposition codes are available, only below codes appear in the drop list :

    ININ-OUTBOUND-PREVIEW-SKIPPED
    ININ-WRAP-UP-TIMEOUT
    ININ-WRAP-UP-SKIPPED
    ININ-OUTBOUND-DISCONNECT
    ININ-OUTBOUND-MACHINE

    Is there any way to add all missing System Disposition codes to the drop list ? 

    what I am looking for is  :

    ININ-OUTBOUND-NUMBER_COULD_NOT_BE_DIALED
    ININ-OUTBOUND-NO-ANSWER
    ININ-OUTBOUND-BUSY
    ININ-OUTBOUND-SIT-CALLABLE
    ININ-OUTBOUND-SIT-UNCALLABLE

    Any thoughts .... thanks

    I know they had an update for some and there is mapping that you can do, but @John MacAslan can you help answer when we will get these in the UI?​

    Hello Bassel,

    We intend on adding to the list in an iterative fashion as we go along.  As we went through the process of releasing the first phase, we found that each one requires testing (sometimes unique testing) and some of them will not work due to technical restraints.

    We'll evaluate the list you provided to see if they can be added in the next set.

    Currently this idea is under future consideration. But it doesnt look like we have anything solid yet.
