  • 1.  Tag outgoing email subject

    Understand that there is no outgoing email flow. Is there a way to add a tag like "(important)" to the subject of outgoing email automatically?

    The only way would be to send your outbound email through your own SMTP server that can add to the subject as it passes through it.

    Thanks Robert.  We are working on migrating to our own SMTP server and tagging subject is an identifier to trigger email encryption.  What about changing the email sensitivity to Confidential?  Is it possible in PureCloud?
