Genesys Cloud - Developer Community!

Hi,

Our contact centre agents use Genesys Cloud to send outbound SMS to external vendors regarding work orders. We've integrated Genesys Cloud with our work order management system, and I want to check if Genesys Cloud has the capability to take screenshots of the outbound SMS that was sent and push the screenshots to the work order management system for recording purposes.

If I hadn't explained this properly, I will try to explain it further.

Hi Vidhu,

As an SMS message is simply text you could use Process Automation to gather the messages at wrap up and pass them into the other platform. Or trigger the SMS via the Agentless API and have the data already in place.
