Does anyone know if the Teams integration will allow me in Architect to transfer a a call to a Teams user?

The Resource Center seems to only indicate that Teams users show up Directory Search or Transfer Windows. I'd like to create an Architect flow with Menu Options that might transfer a call to a Teams user directly. Do Teams users appear in the Transfer to User action User drop-down list?

I don't believe this functionality exists Greg.  We're using the Teams Integration and from Architect we have been able to transfer calls to individual Teams users and groups of Teams users in Call Groups by transferring to the phone numbers of the users / call groups.  We're using BYOC with Genesys / Direct Routing with Teams which are both connected via the same SBC so we're able to do this without utilizing the PSTN.

So I see where the integration is essentially a Directory/Search function to find and then transfer to Teams users via that SBC connection. I also saw in the "Integrate Microsoft Teams with Genesys Cloud" webinar that the Teams users can transfer to GC users/DIDs. Do you have it working in that direction also? From Teams to GC?

Right now we are using PureCloud Voice, and no SBC. I found this Developer Network blog entry https://developer.mypurecloud.com/blog/2019-10-01-ms-teams-integration/. Somewhere in there Trey Buck, who I think is a Product Manager, said in April 2020 that they were trying to get PCV Edges "certified" with Microsoft to act as SBCs between GC and Teams.

Does anyone from Genesys know what the status of this PCV Edge certification is and if a PCV customer can take advantage of this without installing a SBC?​ @Melissa Bailey ?​​​​​​
