We have a Teams integration. All teh company contacts (genesys or not) are seen as contacts.
When an agent wants to transfer a call towards a teams contact (non-agent), he first click on "transfer" (or consult), then search for the contact,
and choose to transfer the call or not, depending on the status of the contact. But during around 10 seconds, the teams status remains "out of line". So teh agent always thinks that the contact is not available. If he waits for 10 secondes, suddenly, all the statuses appera and become green available, busy, etc.
Do you know if there is something wrong in my integration, which could explain why this delay is so long? Is there a solution in order that this delay could be shorter ?
