Perhaps Windows identifies Teamviewer as a communications application and automatically lowers other app volumes like it does for Teams calls?
An example on how to modify this Windows behavior is explained here: How to Stop Windows 10 From Lowering Audio Volume on a Call (howtogeek.com)
Please check if you disable this Windows feature you are still getting the issue.

Good day!
When I call customers via purecloud, as soon as I pick up the customer I have on the line via TeamViewer, the sound suddenly drops and I can't hear the call.
This happens both in the desktop application and in the browser for purecloud.
Has anyone encountered this before? And how was it resolved?
Thanks for your response.
