What you show is typical of an organization that is only enabled for Collaborate.
What does it say on the Admin > Account Settings > Subscription page regarding the feature level you have subscribed to?
If you subscribed and purchased Communicate and licensing for Communicate or above, and it does not show up there, then you will need to contact
CloudSales@genesys.com.

The admin role does not let you see all configuration settings. There are other roles for the different featurs.
In this case, you need to assign yourself the Telephony Admin role as well.

I am an admin of my client Purecloud account, I can login to account and can access admin panel but in the admin panel i cannot see the option Telephony. would anyone have nay idea about it and how can i get it activated.
