Hi.
I have a textbox in script that the value is CustomerNum which is coming from screenpop in a call flow. The variable CustomerNum is set both input and output. When a call came in, the textbox is populated with a customer number. I changed the number and hung up but it didn't reflect the change in participant data. Any suggestions?
