  • 1.  The agent processes the sent mail and selects done,but want to send from the original email basis

    Email agent processed an email and selected done,The agent found a problem with the email delivery.The Agent wants to send a new email to the client based on the original email ， I wonder if this can be realized ，if yes ,How to operate？

    You are looking at multiple destinations as described here:  Route email to multiple destinations - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)

    The setting is in the ORG settings.

    @WenHao Zhang Do you have more details of the problem with the email delivery? 

    Are you looking for a feature called "Reconnect and reply to closed email"? If yes, it is included in the next release (June 17th).

    Genesys is going to release feature "Search and reply to completed email" this week.
