  • 1.  "the client never received a session but is configured for persistent connection" Seen when running the diagnostic tools

    The agent keeps getting this error message even after disabling persistent connection. They said they don't have any other tabs or anything where they are using GC other then the one machine the agent is using. Not sure what this error message indicates.

    Hello Jason,

    Can you have the agent log out and back in and then try to run the test again?

    They are still seeing the same thing even when clearing the cache.

    I would recommend opening a case with Product Support so that they can investigate the issue further. Please let me know what the case number is so that I can monitor the issue on my end.
