    It provides a wealth of ideas on scheduling, scripts, campaigns, and automation.

    How can I search for more discussion threads where all of these individuals have commented on the same discussion thread? I will read every single one.

    Hello David,

    George, Jim, and Maxim are Genesys employees and have been regularly featured in our Q&A Shows on YouTube! If you click that link, it should take you to a YouTube playlist with over 70 videos that we have released in the past that feature a ton of great info by some of the Genesys pros!

    Robert is a bit of a celebrity here in the Community. He was the first (non-Genesys employee) to reach 5000 posts, has been a part of countless discussions and best answers, and has even been awarded triple-platinum in our Community Rock Star program.

    If you'd like to get a sneak peak at what discussions these experts have been a part of recently, you can click on their names in this post to bring up their most recent contributions in the Community. Keep an eye out though. You never know when they may drop by and answer one of your questions in the Community!
