    Dear community,

    In my organization we are using data table for a lot of configuration in the IVR choice and so on.
    We nearly are at the limit of 25 data table in our organization which seems really low to us.

    Any idea if we can ask for more than 25 data tables?

    Anyone knows if Genesys plans to make this limit higher?

    I know it's not the answer to your question and I'm not familiar with your use case....  but ... my sense is that data tables are meant to be used as ad-hoc utilities rather than primary data sources.  Besides being cumbersome to update/edit, the data is static.

    Have you looked into leveraging data actions on API's from other data sources / crm tools in your organization, or possibly using AWS Lambdas to call other data sources?

    thanks for your answer.

    Unfortunatelly we do not have any integrations with other tools for the moment that could help us on this...
    We use data tables for a lot of use cases, like exceptional closure that business can activate from there or switch through DNIS etc...
