Last week we announced that the PureCloud Community would soon be changing. Here are the specifics…
This change is part of our effort to move all three customer communities (PureCloud, PureConnect, PureEngage) onto one Genesys Community site! This is a work in progress. PureEngage is already in action and we will transition the PureConnect community at a later date.
Note:
The community is still being fine-tuned at this time. Not all features are live and we have not turned it officially on yet. That means you will not be able to log in to the new PureCloud community site until Friday, March 2nd at 12 PM EST.

What will happen?
The current PureCloud Community site will be redirected to https://community.genesys.com.
Are the old discussions available in the new community?
Yes! The users, discussions, and comments have been migrated to the new site. We have performed an initial migration, and we will be updating again closer to the official date to include the latest discussions.
We're very much looking forward to all that the new unified Genesys community site has to offer.
