    Hello,

    I'm getting this error "CALL ERROR The request to hang up the call failed".

    That call is up on the purecloud website and i cant hang up that call.

    When i use the API /api/v2/conversations/calls/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId} it returns a Success 202 but the call persists.

    Per the HTTP spec, a 202 response means that the request was accepted, but has not yet been processed. Since the API is behaving correctly and you're experiencing an issue with the PureCloud product, please open a ticket with PureCloud Support to investigate.
