    HI, 

    I got question from client about  Data storage charge examples - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    Intensive and long duration call recordings:

    • 1,000 calls per day across 25 users/agents
    • Average Call Duration: 12 minutes
    • Call Recordings: 12 months' retention, 100% of calls recorded
    • Screen Recordings: 3 months' retention, 25% of calls screen recorded
    if customer need 2 months for screen record kept in the system, can we change to configuring to support the requirements.

    Hi Voravit,

    The scenarios depicted in the article are just examples to illustrate the expected storage needed.  You can punch in your scenarios in the Storage Calculator to estimate yours. 

    The actual administrative configuration of the retention period is at QM Policy.
