I got question from client about Data storage charge examples - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
Intensive and long duration call recordings:
- 1,000 calls per day across 25 users/agents
- Average Call Duration: 12 minutes
- Call Recordings: 12 months' retention, 100% of calls recorded
- Screen Recordings: 3 months' retention, 25% of calls screen recorded
if customer need 2 months for screen record kept in the system, can we change to configuring to support the requirements.
