    Starting TODAY! we're expanding access to Genesys Speech and Text Analytics with the launch of the STA Add-On!

    For Genesys Cloud CX1 and CX2 customers, this means a new, cost-effective way to access Speech and Text Analytics functionalities without requiring a CX3 license upgrade or purchasing the full WEM Add-On.
