The updates to Directory now mean that staff are not ordered Alphabetically by Name. I cant work out how this is now ordered. Anyone else had this issue or a fix?

    I believe this Community question from earlier in the month also was asking about the same thing: https://community.mypurecloud.com/s/question/0D54400005INIPC/anyone-else-notice-the-directory-sort-order-just-changed

     

    It looks like the change has been deployed now to production, and I am showing the staff listed alphabetically again.
