    The customer embeds GC's framework onto an external CRM and uses the screenPop action to pass ANI information from GC to CRM. 
     
    During their testing, the customer found that the data of the "ani" parameter obtained from the embeddable framework became "anonymous" when an inbound call from an end-user was a Private Call interaction (in US: *67, in Japan: 184). 
    Understanding whether this will always be "anonymous" and whether it might change in the future would help in building a framework without issues.
