Hello, I was doing some research in recent days to optimize contingency plans for an specific client. They are requiring different ways to deal with emergencies. Reading some posts, I found a concept telling it's possible to call a flow (from a number) to activate an Emergency Group by Data Action. Is this possible? And in case to be possible, can someone please explain me?

Hi Damaso,

You should be able to use a data action with the PUT /api/v2/architect/emergencygroups/{emergencyGroupId}(https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer#put-api-v2-architect-emergencygroups--emergencyGroupId-) and set the enabled field to true.
