    Hello,

    I was wondering if it's possible to use third party object routing on other media types apart from chats and emails. This is because I am already using chats for native webchats, and I would rather use the media type "message", which I am not currently using, to differentiate the interactions in the reports. Since I am using a third party chat system, I would rather not use "email" as well, since it does not really describe the type of service.

    3rd party interactions are limited to chats and emails. You could use different queues to segregate different uses.

    Hi Tim, thank you for your help, I suspected this was the case. I would have preferred to avoid duplicating all the queues but I think it cannot be avoided.
