Has anyone seen or captured the below-outlined message before? (Screenshot#1)
It was only reported/captured once. It occurred immediately after an agent was attempting to answer a call where the agent required multiple clicks to successfully answer.
The Knowledge Network does not have anything that matches the exact syntax.
Additionally, on the Knowledge Network and using the main search field it gets a 'Search error' when searching this "This App had been removed and will not be available the next time you reload" (Screenshot#3) I tried 3 browsers as well as a reboot. If I shorten the search, there is no error. Additionally, I can search the entire syntax on the search popup page.
