We're looking at utilising the perks of using time off limits, time off plans and time off requests, to be able to have all the requests visible and able to be added to schedules automatically and to allow us to forecast on contact vs agents availability. So far, I have been able to set up plans and limits for each team, however, it seems the only way to add an agents holiday balance is via an integration to the companies HR system.

Is there any plans to be able to set this manually per agent within Genesys Cloud for those that can't integrate with their HR system? As this seems like a very basic feature which is missing and also means that agents can start requesting holiday and getting it approved, regardless of how much holiday allowance they actually have. Hi Stephen, Thanks so much for the idea. We have been thinking about it and would like to implement this in the future. Do you currently have plans to implement the automatic time-off approvals? We're looking into this, but we've found a bug in the system that is preventing us from going in with existing requests being ignored.
