Hey Jeremy,
Welcome to the WEM Community :-)
If you set the minimum to 2 this would mean the agents couldn't request today or tomorrow for a leave request?

The auto process rule set to Always will mean the agents request will auto granted if there is availabilty but if you change the setting to 2 (or 1) days it would need a supervisor to approve or deny.

Have aplay with those settings and see if they work for your needs

Subject: Time off Constraints
We have a rule that agents must give at least 1 day notice on a time off request, nor can they submit same day requests. We have tried setting minimum time off request constraints settings on Management Units to "1" (and even -1), but agents are still able to submit requests for same day/next day; and due to our auto processing against the limits, the requests are being approved automatically. Could this be a bug? We are not seeing that the constraints setting is actually doing anything. Is it overridden by limits? Looking for some clarification and help here. Thanks!
