Hello, I would like to limit time off requested for agents during the last two months of the year. How can i do that in WFM on-premise. I currently have the time off limit set to 0, for the last two months of the year. I would like to block it out from even having agents request the time. The plan is to do a time off bidding but I can't start it until we get closer to August.

Yes you can - go to the Time Off Rule > Rules for Request tab > select 'Limit the total number of requested time-off hours, if' check box and configure as appropriate (leave the hours as 00:00) :

The agent will receive this message whilst trying to book between those dates and won't be able to waitlist:

You can amend these dates as often as needed.
