Hello, we are having an issue with agents submitting time off through the time off pane and they keep forgetting to choose the time off type from our list of options. The option we prefer them to use alphabetically is at the bottom of the list. Is there a way to have the sort options within the Time Off Pane alphabetical Z-A instead of A-Z? Or an option to choose the order of the options? Thank you!

I don't think there is a current functionality like what you are looking for. This would need to be an enhancement request through our ideas portal. 

As a potential workaround you might want to consider prefixing your preferred time off type with a character or number that would naturally sort it to the top of the list.
