Can someone tell me if there is a way to create an alert in Genesys when an agent's PTO request is approved? For example, we want our agents to enter in their requested PTO through the Time-off Requests. We will not be auto approving which means we will manually approve each request that comes through. Once we approve a request, I want the supervisor of that agent to be notified that the specific day and time was approved. Is this possible? If so, how?

According to this documentation a notification should be sent to their inbox when a time-off request is approved/denied.

Thank you for the quick response. Yes, I agree that the agent would receive a notification. That makes perfect sense. I was wondering if there was a way to notify the agent's supervisor. Can we customize who  the notifications are sent to upon approval?

Ah thank you for the clarifying. I don't know if the supervisor gets a notification. 

I did find this idea it looks kind of like what you are asking. But a post in the WEM community might worth it to double check.
