    Currently, our WFM team manages all time-off requests. Is there a way for supervisors to receive an email or Genesys notification when an agent submits a PTO request?

    Hi Melissa, This would be a very useful feature, but it does not appear to be available today.
    There was a related discussion in the Genesys Community about using the WFM notification topic.
    The current notification topic can generate multiple events for the same logical notification, so it is not ideal for a clean "one PTO request submitted = one supervisor notification" automation.
    A dedicated Process Automation topic for WFM time-off request submitted/created/updated events would be very helpful.

    Hi Melissa, 
    as Breno has said, it is possible to achieve this, through using work automation and notifications.

    There is also an idea for this in the ideas lab:

    which has been merged into the idea:

    which is on the roadmap as a late 2026 project.
