Hello Community, 

Is there a way to add activity codes categorized in anything other then time off to the activity code selection in the add time-off request window. 

We have an activity code (Coaching -->Categorized as Meeting) that we would like to add as an available activity code in the drop down selection when submitting time-off requests.

Hi Diana, 

If you want a supervisor to be able to book an agent in for coaching, this can be done via "Schedule a coaching appointment" which had a recent update to allow supervisors to see the best ten slots per day as before it was best 10 slots for the week. This allows you to link two codes and typcially is utilised by Quality Management to coach or give feedback but you can adjust the codes used to suit your business needs.

If you are looking for agents to do this direct then Stephan is correct, this is not possible and the link to the ideas portal would be the best solution for now.
