We are experiencing an issue in the time off section where partial day holiday request are being auto approved by the system with 0 paid hours. This is inflating our daily holiday allocations as due to being approved at 0 hours the time off limit's are not reducing.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Partial day time-off requests that are outside the scheduled or configured shift are always approved. However, their payable hours are set to 0. Such requests do not count against the limit as it is assumed that a person is not supposed to work during that time anyway.
