Hi Addison, thanks for the context. You are correct, the HRIS Time-Off Integration will ease this process. And, besides what you are doing today, there is no other process from the front end of the web app for you to export the requests. Another suggestion could be for your technical team to use our public APIs as a direct integration to 'GET' the time-off requests out of Genesys and then set up an automatic import into your HRIS. This process already exists in Genesys. However, it is a different process than using our HRIS Integration which is in beta. Here is a link to our public WFM APIs: https://developer.genesys.cloud/useragentman/workforcemanagement/

Hello!
Since our time off system (workday) and Genesys are not integrated we currently have to export time-off requests and run these through a spreadsheet macro which then allows us to see which people are out of time off, over requested time, etc. While we understand the integration of the HRIS system is in beta this is what we have been doing in the meantime to get by.

Hi Addison,
Thanks for the question. I'm curious, what is your use case for exporting time-off requests?
