  • 1.  Time off - two stage approval

    No HRIS integration.  I am researching methods to provide a two stage approval process for time-off requests.  The goal is for supervisors to pre-approve time off requests for their team before the workforce team processes the requests in order to circumvent approvals for requests that exceed an agent's allowance.

    Can these requests be routed to a workflow or accessed by the supervisors in a way they can accept/decline them?
