Hi all,
Is it possible to change the Time zone in Genesys Cloud workspaces and system generated fields in Contact Lists? Sspecifically, contact list - system generated date/time columns.
Wanting to change from default (UTC?) to AEST.
I see an artical HERE but not sure if it is deployed into Prod, or how to configure it?
