    Good afternoon, 

    When we run a campaign through the IVR after 7pm on EST (UTC-5). The campaign will not run.  This also happens when we run the Manual Campaign. Once we switch back to EDT (UTC-4). in the summer then they will run after 7pm.   We've checked the resources in Genesys and our settings and are not sure how to fix this so they will run.  We've opened a ticket a while back but have not received a response. Any ideas would be so helpful.

    Hello Tracey,

    A temporary solution I see would be to create a defined schedule using the same current time zone, but adjusting the start time to compensate for the difference related to daylight saving time.

    In practice, instead of setting the campaign to start at 7 PM (standard time), it could be set to start at 8 PM, thus matching the behavior observed during the EDT period.

    In this scenario, it would only be necessary to manually adjust the campaign time when there is a change to daylight saving time, returning the start time to 7 PM.

    I believe this approach could work as a temporary solution until the root cause related to the time zone is corrected.
