    Hi All,

Can you share some tips to focus on and probably some study material that can help pass the Genesys Cloud CX: AI – GPE & GPR Certification?

    Thank you!

    Hi Mary,

I'm also preparing for Genesys certifications, and one thing that has helped me a lot is combining the official training with hands-on practice in the lab environment.

Besides the learning modules, I'd recommend:

    • Reviewing the official documentation on the Genesys Resource Center.
    • Practicing the concepts in a lab or sandbox whenever possible.
    • Going through the exam objectives one by one to make sure you're comfortable with each topic.
    • Searching the Community for discussions about the certification topics, as many members share useful tips and real-world experiences.

Good luck with your certification! I hope you pass it on your first attempt!

Hi Mary, this exam is pretty straight and clear to test the information on the eBooks provided. After you read those eBooks for 3 + times, you are easy to pass the exam. I collected some exam knowledge points that I thought was likely to be tested in the exam. After I passed my exam I noticed my document covers over 80% percent of the exam questions and the content is much smaller than all the related eBooks. If you send me your email address, I can send you my document.

    Hi Mary,

I recently prepared for and passed the Genesys Cloud CX: AI – GPE & GPR Certification, and I recommend focusing primarily on the official learning path. The following courses cover most of the exam objectives:

    • AI – Predictive Routing – Getting Started
    • AI – Predictive Routing – Configuration
    • AI – Predictive Routing – Performance Reports
    • AI – Predictive Engagement – Setup and Configuration
    • AI – Predictive Engagement – Working with Action Maps
    • AI – Predictive Engagement – Customer Journey for Agents
    • AI – Predictive Engagement – Reporting and Analytics

A few study tips that helped me:

    1. Understand the business use cases, not just the features. Know when to use Predictive Routing versus traditional routing methods.
    2. Focus on configuration prerequisites for both GPR and GPE, including activation requirements, data collection, outcomes, segments, and Action Maps.
    3. Spend extra time on reporting and analytics. Be comfortable interpreting performance reports and understanding how AI effectiveness is measured.
    4. Get hands-on experience whenever possible. Creating a Predictive Routing queue, reviewing benefit assessments, and working with Action Maps makes the concepts much easier to understand and remember.
    5. Use the free practice exam multiple times. It helps you identify knowledge gaps and become familiar with the exam style and question patterns.
    6. Create your own study document or knowledge summary while preparing. Document key concepts, configuration requirements, prerequisites, limitations, and important reporting metrics in your own words.
    7. Review Resource Center articles referenced in the learning path, especially for topics you do not work with regularly.

One additional benefit of creating your own study notes is that when it's time to recertify in a couple of years, you won't have to start from scratch. You'll already have a structured reference guide that you can quickly review and update with any new features or changes.

From my experience, the exam is more scenario-based than memorization-based, so focus on understanding why, when, and how each AI feature is used in real-world customer engagement scenarios.

Good luck with your preparation, and I hope this helps! 👍
